We will discuss your tip-off and the informant agreement. We will then contact the owner, provided they have given their consent.
If a sale is finalised by a notary and we receive our agency commission, your remuneration will be in accordance with the agreement.
It is particularly important that the tip-off is new and that no estate agent has yet been appointed for the property. Anyone living in the same property as the owner or who has a special relationship of trust with them may be excluded from a share of the commission under the terms published to date. We will clarify with you in advance, on the basis of the tipster agreement, whether your tip is eligible for remuneration.
A tip alone does not trigger a payout. The decisive factors are the terms of the tipster agreement, a successful sale certified by a notary, and the receipt of the agency commission by FLEXMAKLER.
According to the terms and conditions published to date, it amounts to 10 % of the net commission received by FLEXMAKLER. Please refer to the tipster agreement for the binding details.
