Anyone can become a referrer, provided they do not live in the same property as the property owner. Exceptions are made for people in a special position of trust with the seller (e.g. tax advisers, solicitors) – we are still happy to receive recommendations, but for legal reasons, a share of the commission is not possible in such cases.
