Recommend us as a partner and secure a bonus of 10% of the estate agent's commission. You will receive this if a notarised purchase contract is concluded with our support.

What we need from you

Simply fill in the contact form with your name, e-mail address and telephone number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Now we need the contact and address details of the owner, the house or property owner and, for data protection reasons, their written consent. After this initial conversation, we will check whether we already have your recommendation in our database or whether the property in question has already been published. If your details fulfil the conditions below, you will receive written confirmation from us by e-mail. With this confirmation you secure the agreed commission of 20 % of the net commission received (excl. VAT).

Can anyone become a tipster? Are there any exceptions?

In principle, anyone can become a tipster, provided they do not live in the same residential unit as the property owner. However, we would like to point out that the commission is not aimed at persons who, as clients, have a special relationship of trust with the property owner or seller. This applies, for example, to tax consultants and lawyers. Of course, we are also happy to receive recommendations from this group of people, but for legal reasons we have to exclude commission sharing in this case.

Commission guarantee after notarisation of the purchase contract

We will add you to our database as a tipster for the property in question and, if you are successful, we will send you a request for your current account details. We will transfer the tip commission of 10 % of the net brokerage commission collected by us to your account within 5 working days of receipt of the commission in our account.
