InterRegio Immobilien-Partner eG
InterRegio was founded in Düsseldorf in 1988 and aims to promote and create synergies amongst its members. The co-operative acts as a property exchange and promotes joint ventures between its affiliated property firms. As members of InterRegio, specialists from various sectors of the property industry benefit from the exchange of information and are offered extensive opportunities for cooperation. The concept behind InterRegio and its members is that each member firm offers the services in which it specialises. Should a member no longer have sufficient expertise in a particular area of the property sector, direct collaboration with a competent partner agency within the cooperative is possible. Due to its regional focus, most of InterRegio’s offices are currently located in North Rhine-Westphalia, supplemented by two offices in Berlin.
German Real Estate Association (IVD)
The IVD (Federal Association of Property Advisers, Estate Agents, Property Managers and Valuers) is a major German trade association and a registered association. The IVD also acts as a representative body and professional organisation for service providers in the property sector. Currently, more than 6,000 companies are members of the IVD, primarily estate agents and property managers, as well as surveyors, project developers, property developers and financing partners. The IVD is actively committed to promoting and safeguarding all the professional activities of its members. The association also represents the political and economic interests of its members externally, including to enhance the sector’s reputation and to create better framework conditions for all its members. Since 2015, members have had the exclusive opportunity to place listings on the IVD’s independent portal. The IVD represents its members’ interests both nationwide and throughout Europe.
IVD24 Property
IVD24 is the IVD Federal Association’s property portal, as mentioned. Launched in 2015, the platform allows only IVD members to place listings and advertisements relating to their properties and services.This gives viewers of the listings the assurance that only qualified and association-vetted members of the property sector can place adverts on the portal. As a result, all parties involved are assured of a high standard of service providers, thanks to the exclusive inclusion of reputable partners, with no bait-and-switch or bogus deals. Since its inception, the IVD24 Immobilien platform has impressed users with its complete absence of advertising and its objective and independent presentation of listings. The platform’s expert search function provides prospective users with an exclusive overview of verified IVD members. This makes it easier to find estate agents, property managers or surveyors, helping users identify the right partner for their specific property.
FLEXHYPO

Immobilienscout24 offers more than just listings of houses and flats to rent or buy. Scoperty GmbH
Scoperty was founded in Munich in 2019. The online platform enables flat and house owners, as well as investors, to access property valuations. Following a trial phase in Nuremberg, the service has now been extended to Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main and Cologne. Later this year, the service will be expanded to cover 40 million properties nationwide. Property owners and prospective buyers can use Scoperty to determine the estimated value of properties in just a few steps. The company combines online views of streets and façades with available property information relating to the specific property and location. For all properties, prospective buyers can find not only living space and square metre estimates based on the exact address, but also more detailed information such as the year of construction or plot size. In future, it will also be possible for prospective buyers to bid on properties that are not yet on the market, thereby enabling them to gain a head start in the market. Scoperty is a joint venture between ING Bank N.V., PriceHubble AG and Sprengnetter GmbH.
